Barter Theater Double-Header and Virginia Highlands Craft Festival

August 3rd & 4th, 2006 (Thursday-Friday)

Overnight to Abingdon for two plays and the Virginia Highlands Craft Festival. We will see the matinee of "I'll Never Be Hungry Again" (characterized as Scarlett O'Hara meets Monty Python!) and "Thoroughly Modern Millie" at 7:45 pm. We will leave Boone at 11:45am. Bring your lunch on board. First stop will be the matinee at Barter. After the play, we'll check into the Holiday Inn. We have reservations for supper at the Greenway Haven; after supper we will go back to Barter for the evening performance. Next morning after breakfast in the hotel, we will spend the day at the crafts festival. We will leave Abingdon at 2:30pm, which will put us in Boone about 4pm. Price for single: $203; double occupancy $153 per person. Call me if you want the prices for triple or quad occupancy. These prices include the 2 plays, dinner at Greenway Haven, overnight at the Holiday Inn with breakfast, and all transportation to and from Boone and within our planned Abingdon itinerary. $25 nonrefundable deposit due to reserve your space; remainder no later than July 20.
