Groups

The Appalachian Cultural Museum is pleased to offer various forms of group enrichment opportunities. We continue to host many schools, civic, church and other types of groups on a regular basis and are delighted to help you make arrangements for your group to visit the Boone area. For any group information or reservations, please contact Teri Reddick, Director of Education, by e-mail or at the Museum office, 828/262-3117

Remember:
  • Begin planning your visit early! Requests for special programs are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Call several weeks in advance so we can best meet your needs.
  • Let us know if your group has special needs.
  • Specify if you would like an interpreter to focus on a particular topic or area.
  • The typical program will last approximately an hour.
  • Please refer to our Educational Programs page for special program listings.
