Kim Steward

think of me
when others have gone,
when times get tough --
and you're all alone.

think of me
when skies turn gray
when confusion sets in --
and friends turn away.

think of me
as day slips to night
try to believe things
will turn out all right.

think of me
when the wind blows cold.
makes you lonely --
lets fear unfold.

think of me
and remember when
the days were warm --
and loving then

think of me
as time flies by
when things don't work out
and you want to cry.

think of me
when things go right
as things look up,
I trust that you might --

think of me
there's no need to prove --
just let your thoughts of me
be filled with love.
