Cherokee Stories and Legends

Students hear from the Cherokee point of view the myths and legends that seek to answer questions about the origins of the natural world. Stories such as "How the Rainbow was Created," "Why We Have Mosquitoes," "Spearfinger," and "The First Fire" entrance the student. Young children grades K-4 especially enjoy this magical story time.
