Meet Jan Goodell

Jan is a "Chicago gal" --- she moved to Boone a bit over a year ago with her husband. She heard about the Museum through the ASU Women's Club and wanted to get involved to learn more about her new community. She loves sharing what she has learned about the area with her children, her five grandchildren, and her ten-year-old black lab, Darbee. Jan spent her growing-up years in Cincinnati, where she attended Christ Hospital School of Nursing. She has taken her first year as a retired nurse to have fun and familiarize herself with all of our hiking and biking trails, along with playing tennis and golf and attending Women's Club meetings.
